A pregnant woman, Nafi Diaby, flying from Conarky, Guinea to Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso, went into labour mid-air. She was aboard a Turkish Airlines flight and the plane was 42,000 feet above the ground. One of the flight attendants, Bouthayna Inanir, said, "The mother gave birth while standing, and we received help from several other passengers."
