The incident happened at about 4:30pm in front of the Market Circle Post Office in Takoradi. The mother, Nana Akosua Bowaa, a resident of Amanful in Takoradi and petty trader at the Market Circle, has been devastated by the development. After realising that the children had Ewe names, the culprit told their mother that she was also an Ewe. The incident has since been reported to the Market Circle Police who have launched an investigation.
