Rose Jeans' doting mum and dad from Cefn Hengoed have described what they went through as "a parents worst nightmare". "She had what seemed like minor bowel issues and was diagnosed with dairy intolerance. Then, just two days after her first birthday, on the February 13, 2020, Rose passed away in her mother’s arms. When the song, called Monsters (For Rose) is purchased, money is donated to the Rose's Way Foundation. "Rose's legacy needed to be continued, her strength and determination lives on in us - and it will be achieved doing it Rose's Way."
