Now brave Talia is 23 months old – back to full strength and home with her relieved family. Phillip, 33, said: “It was amazing to be able to save my daughter and I didn’t hesitate to step forward. We had to sit and watch her get sicker every day as Covid stopped her life-saving transplant. I was scared I was going to lose them both on the same day.”Surgeons removed part of Phillip’s liver and transplanted it into Talia.
