Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo said they expect the transition team to lead the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) well, having learned from the lessons from the old Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). President Duterte is expected to administer the oath of the 80-member transition team of the Bangsamoro region in Malacañang this Friday. The legislative and executive powers in the Bangsamoro region will be vested in the BTA until 2022 or when the regional government leaders are elected.
