Champions League football will remain on BT Sport until the end of the 2020-21 season after the broadcaster clinched a new three-year, £1.18 billion deal with Uefa. The exclusive deal will see ITV lose the right even to show highlights, with BT Sport instead showing them for free over social media. The finals of the Champions League and Europa League will also be shown for free as has been done previously, streamed via YouTube.
