A Bangladeshi cattle trader has been reportedly shot dead by the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) along Rajshahi's Godagari border. “He was shot by BSF when he went to the border to bring cattle in the early hours of Friday. Locals and the victim's relatives say Abul Kalam, 40, went to the border to bring cattle with several other traders on Thursday night. Although the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) insists the man was hacked to death, police and doctors say he was shot dead. BSF has often been described as trigger-happy and accused of violating human rights.
