The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) chairman, Prof Mahmood Yakubu has summoned an emergency meeting over contending issues challenging the Commission’s plan to hold the presidential and nation assembly elections on Saturday. INEC is said to be in a dillema over the widespread logistics problems being experienced by the Commission across the states.
