Former Governor of Ogun State, Chief Gbenga Daniel, has resigned from active and partisan politics. Daniel in a letter addressed to the National Chairman of his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) dated 14th March, said his reason for quitting politics was personal having served in various capacities. The former governor who served as the Director General of the Atiku Campaign Organisation said he do not have any regrets as far as his political journey was concerned.
