The Makati City Regional Trial Court Branch 150 has allowed Senator Antonio Trillanes IV to travel abroad. In its three-page order, Makati RTC Branch 150 Judge Elmo Alameda noted that Trillanes’ past actions indicate that he is not a flight risk.
