It’s not difficult for Richie Hall to come up with a single word to describe his defence as the CFL season opener approaches for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. “Chaotic,” Hall said Wednesday after the Bombers practiced at the University of Manitoba in preparation for Saturday’s game in Vancouver against the B.C. Between Jefferson and linebacker Adam Bighill, the Bombers have arguably the two best defensive players in the league and expectations are high. “I think we have the potential to be the best in the CFL and that’s certainly our expectation,” Bighill said. He threw for more than 5,000 yards in 2007 and led the Bombers to an appearance in the Grey Cup.
