BNZ is planning changes for its techniology and operations area. BNZ is planning a restructure that it is understood could result in the loss of 150 jobs. “The proposed changes will allow us to continue to innovate and deliver best in class digital services to support our customers’ banking needs. In addition to the proposed changes, we also have a programme of work offering a large number of our contractors permanent BNZ positions. Banks have been put under increasing pressure from the impact of Covid-19 and are expecting more customers to fall behind on their loans.
