Mirza Fakhrul is suffering from a brain carotid artery blockage due to which he needs medical attention every six months. He sought medical treatment thrice in the past. On Jan 6, 2015, Fakhrul was arrested on a sabotage case and was lodged in the prison for about 7 months.
