BNM's international reserves at US$95 billion


KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM)'s international reserves as of Jan 31, 2017 amounts to US$95.0 billion, which is equivalent to RM426.0 billion, the bank announced today. The reserves position is sufficient to finance 8.6 months of retained imports and is 1.3 times the short-term external debt, it said in a statement here today.
