Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Shah could be in poll-bound Gujarat on November 8 as campaigning will have ended by then in Himachal Pradesh, where polling is on November 9. As per the plan, senior party leaders will fan out across the country to inform the public about the benefits of the demonetisation.The party will tell the people that Congress did not take any steps to curb the menace of black money when it was in power. BJP will highlight that the first cabinet decision after Modi took over as prime minister was to constitute a special investigation team against black money.
