The latest case involved Robros, an electrical contractor of Burgundy Empire Tower of Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Under eFPS regulations, payment shall be made within the day the return is filed electronically. They were specifically accused of multiple counts of nonpayment of withholding tax on compensation, value-added and expanded withholding taxes.
