Share TweetBy Jun RamirezMorale among Bureau of Immigration (BI) personnel assigned at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) was boosted after their division secured a new and higher certification from the International Standards Organization (ISO). “Our morale is high because this latest ISO certificate is a fitting tribute to the men and women of the BI at the NAIA. An ISO certification is an internationally-recognized standard certifying an agency’s ability to consistently provide service that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The BI was the first to secure ISO certification among the attached agencies of the Department of Justice (DOJ) in September 2016 when its NAIA services was awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification.
