MANILA, Philippines — Foreign nationals registered with the Bureau of Immigration are ordered to report to the nearest immigration office for their annual report on January until March 1, 2018. The order covers "resident foreign nationals who have been issued immigrant or non-immigrant visas and are holders of alien certificate of registration identity card (ACR I-card)." Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente said that foreign nationals must present their original ACR I-Card and confirmation number, if an appointment was made through the BI's 2018 annual report online system. Jose Carlitos Licas, a lawyer and the bureau's alien registration division chief, said that application forms, guidelines and information on the conduct of the 2018 annual report can be downloaded from the Bureau of Immigration website. A list of BI designated offices for payment and registration are also found on the government website.
