The services provided by Maya to BGMEA are the following:Maya appUsers will be able to ask unlimited questions about physical and mental health concerns and get answers from certified doctors and mental health specialists. Toll-free hotlineFactory workers can directly call Maya doctors and counsellors through a dedicated hotline established only for RMG workers. Toll-free SMSFactory workers who do not have smartphones can send questions through SMS to Maya doctors and counsellors and receive their answers through SMS. Customized dashboardMaya will provide customized dashboards for BGMEA and factories, which will provide real-time data on factory workers. Neither BGMEA nor RMG workers will be required to pay for any of the services during the agreed timeline.
