New Delhi: BCCI president Anurag Thakur and secretary Ajay Shirke will be meeting members of the Supreme Court-appointed Justice R.M. It is expected that Thakur and Shirke will be accompanied by BCCI’s lawyers. The panel has already set the ball rolling as the Cricket Association of Bengal and Karnataka State Cricket Association’s elections have been frozen as per the SC directive on 18 July. Lodha panel in the capital on 9 August after being compelled to bring in the reforms due to a clear directive from the apex court. Similarly, the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) elections which were held on 19 July electing a sitting state government minister Imran Raza Ansari has been declared null and void.
