The Kerala High Court on Monday lifted the life ban imposed on Sreesanth by the BCCI. In his order, Justice A Muhamed Mustaque also set aside all proceedings against Sreesanth initiated by the BCCI. We are still to study the order completely but our position has always been that misconduct has been proven under our internal disciplinary proceedings. Kerala Cricket Association has reiterated its position requesting the BCCI not to push for appeal at a higher court.
