The Havard educated Rai belongs to the 1972 batch cadre officer (Kerala) of Indian Administrative Service and started his career as the collector of Thrissur District. He went on to work with the Government of India under various capacities in the ministry of commerce, finance et al. Currently, he's chairman of United Nations Panel of External Auditors.Ramchandra Guha is a noted historian, columnist and cricket writer who is based in Bangalore. Her ODI debut came two years later in 1978 in which she picked up 46 wickets before retiring in 1993. He has a rich experience of working in the finance industry in various roles.
