News Tweet BCBS Minnesota Named To Forbes Best Employers For Women List (Eagan, MN)- A Minnesota health insurer has been named to a list of America's top employers for women. Forbes magazine surveyed more than 150-thousand women working at companies with at least a thousand employees and asked how likely they were to recommend their current employer. They were also asked to rank their employer in areas like working environment, pay, parental leave and handling of accusations of sexual misconduct and discrimination. Eagan-based Blue Cross-Blue Shield of Minnesota placed fourth in the ranking. Wayzata-based Cargill was ranked 17th overall.
