For the first time, The Comb podcast, a news and current affairs product targeted at younger audiences around the continent, will be available through this partnership. BBC News Afrique will be the first international news provider on Cameroun Network, extending the reach of BBC News content to their 2m visitors. With a combined monthly audience of 6m online visitors to both platforms, this partnership extends BBC World Service’s digital presence in Ghana and Cameroon. Speaking about the partnership, Oluwatoyosi Ogunseye, BBC World Service Head of West Africa Languages, said: “This partnership offers a chance to broaden our digital reach in Ghana and Cameroon simultaneously to a combined audience of 6m online visitors to both sites.
