KUALA LUMPUR: The BA of Malaysia (BAM) have claimed that they have yet to receive doubles shuttler Azriyn Ayub’s appeal letter to play in bigger tournaments. Azriyn, a professional player, wants BAM’s endorsement to compete in GP Gold, Super Series and Premier tournaments. Currently, he is only allowed to play in International Challenge and Series events. BAM general manager Michelle Chai said the national body will only consider Azriyn’s case if he writes in. “Azriyn needs to write in before his case can be deliberated by our coaching and technical committee,” said Michelle in Bukit Kiara on Friday.
