"Extremely cold temperatures can affect staff members’ hand dexterity and can impact their ability to administer vaccine," explained Joshua Klassen of Fraser Health communications. Burnaby, Coquitlam, Langley (KPU) and Surrey 66 COVID-19 Testing and Immunization Centres have reduced services today due to hazardous weather conditions.
