TORONTO — Richie Leone’s 30-yard field goal as time expired earned the B.C. to settle for Leone’s 47-yard field goal at 4:55 to tie it 10-10. But the Lions could only muster Leone’s 22-yard field goal at 10:22 for the 13-10 lead. 12 but could only manage Lirim Hajrullahu’s 20-yard field goal 53 seconds in to make it 13-13. Hajrullahu’s 44-yard field goal into the wind with under a minute in the second quarter gave the Argos their three-point advantage.
