Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has said that Azimio will not allow Deputy President Gachagua to be mistreated. Speaking in Ruiru on Friday Kalonzo said that Gachagua is a courageous leader and he should be supported to perform his mandate to the people. "If they try to impeach Gachagua, we in Azimio will not allow and we will support him, "Kalonzo said. Kalonzo said that Gachagua should not be afraid of being called a villager. DAP-K party leader Eugene Wamalwa who was also present said that the Mount Kenya region should court other communities ahead of 2027.
