It is a magical budget of concentrating all of our ideas and ideals on a cumulative action point. “It focuses on the realisation of the core mandate of this government, which is shifting Cross River State from third world to first world within eight years.”Last year’s budget, which he christened ‘Budget of Kinetic Chrystallization’ was N1.3tn. “The 2019 budget will ensure that the products of all the industries are in the market. Ayade added, Cross River State has done very well in spite of its little resources.
