Axe attacker in German train rampageMany people are believed to have been injured on a train travelling close to Wurzburg in southern Germany, Monday, after an axe-wielding man began attacking passengers. An axe-wielding attacker who went on a rampage on a train in Germany, injuring up to 18 people, was a 17-year-old Afghan youth, authorities say. Some local officials cautioned that the teen's use of the phrase - common in Islamist-inspired terrorist attacks - was not confirmed. The assailant fled from the train and was confronted by police officers in the southern German province of Bavaria. Two German security officials said the assailant charged the officers yelling "Allahu Akhbar" and was cut down by gunfire.
