A regular participant from Bangladesh in the international motorsports event, Avik said his team has donated to 55 families at Bandar in Narayanganj, and 25 food donations to the blind. “Every food donation will last five-seven days. The Iftar donations have been made throughout Dhaka for 75 people daily,” said the 33-year old racer, who is director of a Car House Ltd in the capital. Avik admitted his friend’s initiatives inspired him a little bit. Avik became the first Bangladeshi to secure third place in a Malaysian race circuit when he bagged bronze medal in Race 2 of round four of the 2019 Malaysia Championship series at Sepang International Circuit, a Formula 1 track.
