SHANGHAI—Ford Motor Co.’s sales in China plunged 23% in the first two months of 2018, a decline that came despite an uptick overall in the world’s largest auto market. More than 4.5 million vehicles were sold in China in the first two months of the year, up 1.7% compared with the same period in 2017, the government-backed China Association of Automobile Manufacturers said Friday.
