Two businessmen later found a disoriented Palmer in Rio de Janeiro’s Copa district and guided him to the Australian Consulate. Palmer is the third athlete to be robbed in Rio. Early Tuesday, a member of Britain’s delegation was robbed at gunpoint, according to a team spokesman.
