A furious ANZ customer whose access to her bank account was blocked after she refused to answer privacy questions has taken matters into her own hands. TikTok user @auroracrystalsbyambre said she planned on withdrawing all her money from her ANZ account after she refused to fill out the Know Your Customer survey. 'My bank account was blocked by ANZ because I decided to not participate in the Know Your Customer. Know Your Customer (KYC) is what ANZ uses to identify who someone is and verify a customer's details. Once ANZ eventually allowed her seven-day access to her money, she said she moved it into another account so she could withdraw the cash.
