New Zealand's first student-built satellite is lost in space. An Auckland University team was unable to locate its APSS-1 satellite after it was successfully deployed by Rocket Lab ten days ago during its November 20 "Return to Sender" mission and, today, the search continues. Auckland University physics technician Francis Moynihan Lavey working on the APSS-1 cubesat. Coordinates were sent to clients such as Auckland University.
