Police were at Auckland’s Viaduct Basin on Friday morning as they investigate the death of as woman who fell from a charter boat. The owners of a charter boat say they are “shocked and devastated” after a woman died when she fell overboard in Auckland’s Waitemata Harbour on Thursday. David White/Stuff Zefiro could be rented out for parties, corporate meetings, fishing cruises. An intensive care paramedic and doctor were both winched onto the police maritime boat and taken to the patient who died at the scene, he said. David White/Stuff Zefiro could be chartered out at a full-day rate of $4700.
