Auckland accountant pleads guilty to bankruptcy offencesSTUFF Stuart Francis Clarke pleaded guilty to breaching his bankruptcy restrictions. An Auckland-based accountant who continued to run an accounting practice despite being bankrupt has pleaded guilty to seven charges under the Insolvency Act. OA Ross van der Schyff said Clarke's actions have caused "real harm in the community". The OA is in the process of reversing these transfers, but said the prospect of returns for creditors was unclear. Clarke will be sentenced at the Auckland District Court next month.
