Two cotton-top tamarin babies have been born at Auckland Zoo. A cotton-top tamarin at Auckland Zoo has given birth to twins for the second time this year. Seasoned parents Mr and Mrs Nuri welcomed the twins into the world last week. Cotton-top tamarins are a critically endangered type of monkey. The public will get to vote on names for the tamarin twins during a naming competition in the new year.
