The current city hall is outdated and short on space. A new city hall is an urgent need. Killeen has too many other urgent needs to fund a luxury item like a new city hall. Keeping city hall downtown has its drawbacks, even if a new facility benefits residents. It’s hard to say whether it’s a good idea without knowing the specifics.
