SALT LAKE CITY—The Toronto Raptors team that showed up — if just barely — to face the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday night was barely identifiable to coach Dwane Casey. After the game, Casey called the performance an embarrassment, lacking in determination. A day later — in Utah for Friday night’s date with the Jazz — the result still stung. “We had a stinker last night,” Casey said. The Jazz are 5-0 at home, while the Raptors need a win for a 3-3 road split.
