Newcastle United are keen on Atalanta star Ederson but face a fight to grab his signature with the Serie A club so far undaunted by interest in the 24-year-old. His career continues to progress and Newcastle aren't alone when it comes to taking an interest with Juventus also keen. Ederson was asked about Juve's interest recently and commented to reporters in Italy: "Being looked for by big clubs like Juventus? It always happens with the market, but the most important thing is to do well at Atalanta and I'm doing very well here." Atalanta are aware of Newcastle's interest but put up a veil of silence when approached about stories linking him with the Magpies today.
