At the Trump hotel, counterprotesters advocate Second Amendment rights

A small number of counterprotesters staked out the front of the Trump International Hotel in Washington, advocating Second Amendment rights in a sea of people calling for tougher gun-control laws. “We are out here to express opposing views.”He and others said they were prompted to come to the hotel because of messages on the National Rifle Association’s Facebook page. Their signs urged others to “keep your hands off my guns” and “If the Govt can have tanks, I can have my AR 15.”The passing crowd carried many anti-NRA signs. But the majority of marchers ignored the 10 counterprotesters. Right next to them, anti-Trump protesters attracted crowd support.
