Championship, had two overarching goals before he struck his first shot in the tournament: Shake hands with Tiger Woods, and find a caddie. “Before I left, all my friends at home insisted I meet him,” Janewattananond said of Woods. In an idle moment on the practice range before the event’s start, Janewattananond, 23, ambled over to Woods but struggled to make an introduction. “I had no words,” Janewattananond said with a laugh on Saturday night.
