Police are attempting to locate the perpetrator of an assault in Churton park early Tuesday morning. Police are hunting the perpetrator of an assault that left a person with moderate injuries in a northern Wellington suburb. Police were called to Cambrian St, Churton Park about 6.45am on Tuesday. The injured person was in a stable condition in the Wellington Hospital emergency department. Police confirmed they were still trying to find the assailant and remained at the scene.
