So it is important for everyone to discover the Northeast through a digital highway and digital literacy. Over the years, we have deliberated on this platform on how information technology can be an instrument for social change, administrative efficiency and public delivery. He said the Assam government's endeavour was to infuse digital literacy in the rural areas under the mega mission. The conference will comprise discussions on areas most relevant to the region, such as capacity building for the Northeast, innovative small and medium enterprises, energy sector, building skills for a digital Northeast apart from the theme session, Building a Digital Northeast.
