However, online fashion giant ASOS has revealed it's changing its UK returns policy and could potentially refuse refunds to those it suspects of being 'serial returners'. In an email sent to customers, pictured, ASOS also revealed the time to return items has been increased to 45 days. After 28 days shoppers will receive a gift voucher to spend onlineCurrently shoppers have 28 days to return their purchases but will now have 45 days to make up their mind. ASOS said: 'We know easy returns are one of the (many) reasons you shop with us, so we've increased the time you can return stuff from 28 days to 45 days. 'If you return anything within 28 days, we'll refund you as normal… and after that (up to 45 days), you'll now get an ASOS gift voucher for the amount you spent.'
