He was accompanied by Dr. Karl Mark Arhin, Deputy Director of International Relations of the NDC. The two are expected back in Ghana on November 13, 2019. In the absence of Mr Nketia, Ms Barbara Asamoah, Deputy General Secretary, will act in his stead.
