DEBATE WATCH: Investors were watching the Clinton-Trump debate in a tight race that has unnerved markets seeking certainty about the future of U.S. policy. U.S.-traded shares of Deutsche Bank fell 7.1 percent. WALL STREET: Stocks fell for a second straight day. The Standard & Poor’s 500 index fell 18.59 points, or 0.9 percent, to 2,146.10.
