A Lower Hutt company making health supplements has been partly bought by an Asian investor as it prepares to beef up its export business. The Better Health Company has sold 80 per cent of the business to ORA New Zealand, a private equity fund controlled by China Diamond Holdings, a pan-Asian fund manager based in Singapore.
