Thirty-two students from Treston International College have recently gone through AsiaWorld Hospitality’s AHLEI (American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute) certification—Academic Certified Guest Service Professionals module. The training was facilitated by Gigi Porter, a certified hospitality sales and guest service professional (CHSP, CGSP). In addition, 34 participants from the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and Europcar Philippines took part in the Professional Certified Guest Service Professionals led by guest professional Marjorie June Lucero-Antonio.
